Our membership site does contain a lot of useful information, tools and resources so we understand it can be overwhelming at first.
If you’re struggling in any way, please be patient and follow these steps:
Step 1: Did you read through our Quick Start Guide?
It provides a step-by-step walk through on using your weekly plans.
Step 2: Did you work through the Help Resources?
We provide how to videos and lots of help, so please watch/read and spend some time playing around in the members areas so you can make the best use of your membership.
Step 3: Participate in our Member Check Ins, Challenges & Events
We provide regular opportunities for you to participate in group check ins, challenges and events. Members find these incredibly useful for getting more encouragement and support and achieving better results. And the benefit of participating online is you still maintain a level of anonymity but receive support from your fellow members and the DMP nutritionists.
You will find updates about member check ins, challenges and events from your dash, and in the weekly member news – always check your email each week – Thurs (for the new meal plan) and Sat (for the member news)!
