At the top of each recipe you will see a short summary of the nutrition facts, along with the number of servings.
The nutrition facts always list the amount for ONE serving.
Servings can be displayed as:
This does not matter to the Servings. For instance, if a recipe says in the Servings: 16 balls, the nutrition facts will be for ONE ball.
Full Nutrition Facts
Each recipe also provides a full nutrition facts panel at the bottom of the recipe. And you will see the serves above the label.

Meal Planner Nutrition Facts
The nutrition facts found on the meal planner are also for ONE serve (per serve), which also means for ONE person, if you are calculating your daily meal plan.
As you add recipes, the smart planner will calculate your daily intake automatically.
It doesn’t matter how many serves the recipe may have, it will still only show the per person/ per serve nutrition facts.
