    Welcome to Day 2!

    Intuitive eating is a science-backed strategy that helps break the ‘dieting’ cycle and is proven to lower blood sugar, support weight loss and improve metabolic health markers. It’s a powerful tool to help you get out of negative eating cycles and achieve long term results!

    I’d like to welcome everyone to the program! We have a mix of new members participating only in the weight loss program, along with VIP members involved and I look forward to spending this next 30 days together as we focus on weight loss together throughout April.

    Each day I’ll post a short video with some extra tips and/or resources, so be sure to check in each day.

    To kickstart Day 1, I’d like to emphasize the importance of a positive mindset. When you wake up each day, vow to take a positive approach, because it’s much easier when we can leave all the ‘stuff’ behind and be kind to ourselves along the way.

    A while back I also did a fantastic interview with Dr Doug J Moore about mindset strategies, if you wish to learn more.
