It’s normal to get a little off track during the holidays, which is why we’ll be running a 4-week interactive Post-Holiday Reset Challenge!

The challenge will help you get back into a healthy routine, one small step at a time. Over 4 weeks, starting Monday Jan 6, we’ll focus on creating sustainable habits that support energy, blood sugar balance, and overall health.

Each week features a specific theme with actionable steps and resources to guide you:

  • Week 1: Mindfulness – Build awareness of your habits and reconnect with your goals.
  • Week 2: Eating Schedule – Reintroduce structure to your meals for steady energy.
  • Week 3: Sugar Detox – Take control of cravings and reduce added sugars.
  • Week 4: Intentions & Hydration – Set meaningful goals and boost your hydration habits.
