Ingredients

  • 3 Tablespoon plain Greek yogurt
  • 3 Tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 8 eggs – hard boiled and chopped
  • 2 scallions (spring onion) – finely sliced
  • 2 carrot – diced
  • 1 English/Lebanese cucumber – diced
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  • Mix all the ingredients in a bowl until well combined – serve and enjoy!
