Ingredients
- 1 lb brussels sprouts – halved
- 1.5 Tablespoon olive oil
- salt and pepper
- parchment (baking) paper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 390°F/ 200°C.
- Place a sheet of parchment (baking) paper on a baking tray.
- Put the halved Brussels in a bowl, pour over the olive oil, season with salt and pepper, then use a spoon or your hands to toss and coat them.
- Pour the Brussels onto the tray and spread out evenly.
- Bake for 25 minutes, or until tender. *If they are not quite done but beginning to burn, cover with foil and continue to cook until done.
- Serve with fish, meat, chicken or add to any dish or salad.
